In the factory, robotics and skilled operators frame, sheath, insulate, wire, plumb, and finish each section under continuous sensor and vision monitoring. Developers deliver a roughed-in lot with utilities. Ascension completes the foundation and coordinates delivery so factory-built sections arrive as the foundation cures. Final assembly and commissioning are completed by in-house teams, compressing installation timelines from months to days.
