Error-free manufacturing
Every project begins with Ascension’s digital automation framework, a digital twin of the robotic systems, processes, tolerances, and workflows that manufacture the home. The framework does not dictate design. Developers and designers retain full control over architecture, layouts, and aesthetics, while their designs integrate directly into Ascension’s purpose-built manufacturing system, funded by FedDev Ontario.
By digitizing the automation layer, Ascension unifies material procurement, robotic fabrication, quality control, logistics, and on-site installation into a single continuous process, allowing design intent to flow straight into production without handoffs, guesswork, or execution gaps.
Factory-Built Construction
Homes are produced in sections based on the design. In the factory, robotics and skilled operators frame, sheath, insulate, wire, plumb, and finish each section under continuous sensor and vision monitoring. Each section leaves fully integrated and ready for assembly, with factory-level consistency built in.
