Since opening its doors in 2013, Ascension Automation has positioned itself as a leader in the automation space, pioneering a lean model of automation that solves problems across a breadth of industries while minimizing complexity. A natural extension to the existing business, Ascension Manufacturing combines the capabilities of a standard machine shop with the advanced capabilities of the automation team to produce superior quality parts with minimal downtime.
Ascension Manufacturing Ltd. is fully equipped to offer a variety of machining and welding services. With multiple lathes on-site, the team can turn parts of a variety of sizes and complexities. The machine room boasts multiple state-of-the-art CNC milling machines that can exceed 50m/minute and have bed sizes up to 34” wide and the shop is CWB certified for steel components. The team is also able to undertake mass automated welding using robotic technology; the symbiotic relationship between Ascension Automation Solutions and Ascension Manufacturing allows for greater accuracy and volume in production.

The Ascension Manufacturing machine shop shares space with parent company Ascension Automation Solutions Ltd. Located close to the 401 in Cambridge, Ontario, Ascension Manufacturing Ltd. services customers throughout Canada, the USA, and worldwide.
