Role and Responsibilities


Our business is growing, and we are looking for a talented sales support representative to join our team. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to become part of this growing enterprise.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to: source new clients, build relationships with customers, be knowledgeable about the services we offer and our capabilities, and strengthen our brand as we grow into new market territories.


A strong candidate will demonstrate the ability to:


  • Source new clients through a variety of media and retain existing clients

  • Provides regular reporting and updates on their sales pipeline progress to be leveraged in forecasting and large deal implementation planning.

  • Primary contact for all direct customers assigned to their portfolio.

  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and objectives

  • Possess financial and non-financial skills to drive profitability and market penetration

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Communicate, present, and organize

  • Work with our team to provide accurate quotes for work based on the scope of the job

  • Works cross-functionally with management and departments to facilitate efficient implementation of new account agreements and/or new opportunities secured through assigned existing customer portfolio.

  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching targets.

  • Provides exceptional service to all new and existing customers.

  • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge products and services offered and how they are of value to our customers.

  • Utilize different skills to generate new clients from outside sales and cold leads

  • Be results-driven

  • Set regular tasks and follow-ups with leads until they are qualified and sales-ready.


Qualifications & Core Skills


  • 1 year of sales experience, ideally related to industrial automation service and/or sales

  • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and effective communication skills

  • Expert relationship builder, initiator and negotiator

  • Ability to visit customer sites and interact directly with owners, operators and stakeholders at all levels

  • Knowledge of automation services is an asset

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour


Commission: 2% commission on gross sales
