Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will be expected to understand and communicate knowledge in PLC’s and Robotics, working closely with the Automation Manager, and Human Resources team. We are looking for an experienced individual with strong interpersonal skills, comprehension of the industry and can work independently, efficiently and in a time sensitive manner.

A strong candidate will demonstrate a solid ability to:

  • Demonstrate comprehension of PLC’s and Robotics

  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

  • Contact and screen potential applicants to arrange interviews

  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers

  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment

  • Coordinate with Customers about employment needs

  • Liaison employment process between Customers and contract employees

  • Create employment packages for contract employees

Qualifications and Core Skills

  • Previous experience in the Automation Industry (PLC’s, Robotics) is required

  • Proven ability to excel within a small working group and act as an effective team member of a larger organization;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with coworkers and contractors in a polite and friendly manner;

  • Excellent personal judgment, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in order to multitask and prioritize duties while dealing with interruptions and competing deadlines;

  • Ability to take initiative to pro-actively identify potential problems or outstanding tasks, prepare required supporting information, and make recommendations so that tasks can be completed, or decisions can be made efficiently and effectively;

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and adaptable as timelines and projects requirements change


  • Automation Industry: 1 year (preferred)

  • Recruitment experience: 3 years (preferred)

  • Office Administration: 1 Year (preferred)

  • Industrial Automation experience 2 (required) 5 (preferred)

  • Excel: 3 years (required)



  • Business Administration Certificate (preferred)

  • Relevant industry experience: 3 years

Salary: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
